Refund policy
At Little Luxe Charm Co., we want you to truly love your new pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to work with you within the guidelines of our policy.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within the first 24 hours after they are placed and confirmed. After that window, we’re unable to guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in progress.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order (based on courier delivery confirmation). Please note: we do not issue refunds. There is a 10% restocking fee.
To qualify, items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered, and returned with the original Little Luxe Charm Co. packaging. Returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the wrong item was sent in error.
- Discounted or promotional pieces follow the specific terms of that promotion.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Using shipping with tracking to return your package is highly suggested. Once received and inspected, accepted items will be processed for exchange or store credit.
- Little Luxe Charm Co. is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Personalized or custom pieces (including engraved, embossed, initials, numbers, or lettering)
- Zodiac and Birthstone jewelry
- Gift cards (and items purchased with a gift card)
- Store credit purchases
- Items in our Final Sale Collection
- Additional Notes
- Shipping fees, taxes, and insurance costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Exchanges and credits are a one-time courtesy; once used, the replacement or credited item becomes final sale.
